More Windows 8 Build 8220 Screenshots Leaked

Just a few days ago we got the first leaked screenshots of Build 8220 of the next-generation operating system from Microsoft, Windows 8. Build 8220 looks a lot different than the Developer Preview that many of us have been using. For instance, there is a newly designed Charms menu, which Microsoft is trying to get people used to using and, to that end, they have made the traditional (since Windows 95) Start button harder to get to.
Now, just a little while ago, WinUnleaked.tk, who have released many of the screenshots seen over the past few months, have added a boatload of new Windows 8 Build 8220 pictures. This Build of Windows 8 is one of the final candidates to become the publicly released Beta which is scheduled for later this month. They also provided a list of the changes that have been made since the release of the Developer Preview.
-new ImmersiveUI icon set
-new background set for the Start Page
-new shortcuts for the Charm Bar
-new Apps menu template
-no more Microsoft Confidential watermark, neither on the desktop or in the WinVer
-no security hash
-no start button
-a lot of bugfixes
-new Ribbon organisation
-new branding : « Windows 8 Consumer Preview »
-new organisation for splitted touch keyboard
They specify that this only a partial list. While Build 8220 may not end up being the version that becomes the Beta, or Windows 8 Consumer Preview as it’s now being called, it’s safe to assume that it’s very similar to what the final version of Window 8 will look like. We have posted a couple of the screenshots below, but for many more you can head over to WinUnleaked.tk.
